Case-Based Reasoning for Hidden Property Analysis of Judgment Debtors

Many judgment debtors try to evade, confront, and delay law enforcement using concealing transferring their property resist in China. The act of hiding seriously affects people’s legitimate rights interests China’s legal authority. Therefore, it is essential find an effective method analyzing whether a debtor hides property. Aiming at the hidden analysis problem, we propose case-based reasoning for debtor’s analysis. In process, present attributes case by crisp symbols, numbers, interval fuzzy linguistic variables develop hybrid similarity measure between historical target case. results show that recommendations obtained with information knowledge similar cases are consistent judicial practice, which can reduce work pressure officers improve efficiency handling cases.
